I too like Nozbe. I worked with a printable system for several decades, before finding an electronic application that allows me to view my entire GTD at work on my Win machine, at home on my Macs and even on my cell phone. And another app lets me call in tasks to my GTD without any writing or typing, great for those thoughts that hit me while driving. I've written about my experiences with GTD in a blog post at http://johnkendrick.wordpress.com/2008/03/27/more-getting-things-done/ John

These are clearly good advances in Google calendar, and given that I use it as my central schedule for keeping colleagues, family and friends up to date, it's obviously pretty damn good. But, I want to push the envelope!

What do others think about the following ideas, because they'd be very efficient for me:

I want to be able to register another calendar's events concurrently to my calendar(s). And to change each day's work hours. Whadyathink?

There's a free tool I wrote for Windows, it's on SourceForge (vvcap), also available at www.vvcap.net, does exactly same thing. Welcome to try it out. Source code for both server and client available for download. Features DES encryption of the images, which means that it's a lot harder to hack and steal your pics

Hi,

I'm Hilary from the processlibrary.com team - thanks for the write-up on ProcessQuicklink and ProcessScanner. Just to let you know, we have just added over 40,000 new entries to the library, and added user ratings to the processes. I drafted a press release about this, which you can read here : http://www.liutilities.com/news/pressrelease/release58/

I'm a huge fan of Splashdata's apps. SplashID especially is one of those apps that I have no idea how I lived without once I got it.

Highly recommend all of these.
